Introducing 2025 Takeoff F&B brands: Innovation, one bite at a time

At Target Accelerators, we believe that the future of food is being built by bold, passionate founders — many of them balancing family, purpose and full-time hustle while creating products that genuinely make lives better. 

Our 2025 Takeoff Food & Beverage program was purposely designed to support these innovators, with a curriculum that goes beyond buzzwords to deliver real retail readiness. Over the course of 12 weeks, founders worked alongside Target leaders and industry experts to refine their supply chain, brand storytelling, financial models and more. 

Each brand in this cohort brings something unique to the table — from superfood lattes and functional cocoa to clean cookie mixes. What unites them? A shared commitment to quality, community and conscious growth – and the distinction of being Target Accelerators program alumni. 

Here’s a look at the three standout brands in this year’s program: 

Morning Made: Superfood lattes for people who want more from their morning.
Founded by CPG veterans, Morning Made creates café-quality, low-sugar blends made with organic matcha, turmeric and chai. They’re redefining the coffee alternative category with intention and scale. Shop Morning Made at Target. 

My Better Batch: Better-for-you cookie mixes that actually taste homemade.
Created by a single mom and former KIND Snacks exec, My Better Batch is a clean-label cookie brand that makes baking a joyful, guilt-free ritual. Loved by Forbes and families alike, this woman-owned business is proving that shortcuts can still be heartfelt. Shop My Better Batch at Target. 

Mindful Nutrition: Functional cocoa blends made to support both body and mind.
Founder Josh Davis — a veteran, father and mental health advocate — turned personal healing into purpose by creating cocoa mixes designed for holistic wellness. Each of these brands joined the Takeoff program not just to grow — but to grow better and redefine modern retail. And that’s what makes them part of the Target Accelerators legacy.
